ORDERING
Use this Site to place orders any time. To order products, use the order page to display the items and then click the order button for each item you want. Please ensure you order the correct amount as mistakes cannot be rectified later nor do we accept returns under this reason in accordance with The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumer Regulations 2002 Sheacare.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any stage of the ordering/shipment process.

Prices on this Site are quoted in U.K British Pounds and do not include applicable shipping or taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro through PayPal processing services.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after order has been fulfilled via ground or air service.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods (48 hours) after delivery to the buyer. The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods within (48 hours) of delivery and shall give written notification to sheacare.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery of the goods of any defects, which a reasonable examination would of, revealed. Where the buyer has accepted, or deemed to have accepted, the goods the buyer shall not be entitled to reject goods, which are not in accordance with the contract.

REFUNDS
Sheacare.co.uk products being returned must have a fault in order to qualify for a refund the item must be returned in its original condition within 7 day (In accordance with The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumer Regulations 2002) from the date received and accompanied by the original receipt and a written explanation of the fault for the return of the goods. If you order the wrong size these cannot be returned, please read the above section on Ordering. Sheacare.co.uk is not responsible for any damage during shipment of the items you are returning. The buyer must pay the return shipping costs. Sheacare.co.uk does not refund postage in any way. If paying for merchandise by cheque, a period of 21 days must elapse before you can receive a cash refund.
Returns on charges of any kind will be issued a credit. No cash will be given. On credit card sales, the original credit card charged will receive the credit.
SHORTAGES
During periods of high volume, the item(s) you may order can be out of stock. If this occurs, it usually takes an additional 5-7 business days to ship your order. We will notify you if the wait time will be longer. Sheacare.co.uk shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from late delivery or short delivery of the goods. If short delivery takes place, the buyer undertakes not to reject the goods but to accept the goods delivered as part performance of the contract.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
