How long does a typical job take from start to completion?
Most job requests are started within 24-48 hours unless we are having a stated busy period.
How many alterations can I have?
You can have as many alterations as you require, however from the initial completed final proof, three sets of ammendments can be made included in your initial price. Any further ammendments required after your initial three will incur charges. If you would like unlimited design requests at a fixed price please get in touch.
What programs do you use?
We use a variety of industry-standard design programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Framer, Sketch, Figma, and others, depending on the specific needs of the project.
What if I don't like the design?
The more detailed brief you can give us the better. We aim to dleiver your requests to the letter. Your design will include the oportunity to make 3 sets of ammendments. We have usually hit the nail on thehead at this point. If you are unhappy with your design for any reason we will do our best to accomadate your needs at the best rate we can. If you are on one of our subscription packages you have Unlimited design revisions or alterations to ensure that the final design meets your expectations. If you're not satisfied with the initial design, yand you wish to take a change of direction and new brief, we will do our best to fullfil your requirements at the best rate possible.
Is there any type of design work that you do not cover?
While we aim to cover a wide range of design services, there may be certain specialized or niche design work that we do not offer. It's best to discuss your specific needs with us to determine if we can accommodate your request or recommend alternative solutions.
